TAAS-Gallery leads the way with smart inventory management and sales tracking. We provide our members with unparalleled access to information that helps them market their craft or art.
Our custom designed on-line system has given us much praise by our members, we've been told by industry experts that it's years ahead of it's time.
You'll be able to keep up with your inventory, your sales, see what's selling and what's not. You'll know when checks are mailed and when dues are due just by logging into your personal membership account.
We like to think that your job is to concentrate on being creative and it's our job to sell and market your skill to the buyers.

Once you are a TAAS Gallery member you will have tools unlike anywhere else you have ever experienced. We have gone all-out to insure you are satisfied, taken a fresh look at how this business should be managed and invented solutions to the common deficiencies that you have faced with other gallery's.
For example:
Have you ever noticed that lighting in some galleries is a hoge-poge of unsafe extension cords. "That can't be safe..." At TAAS Gallery we have built our system to accommodate lighting with an engineered electrical system designed by the Experts at Rexel's Lighting Center. In our booths and interior three foot sections we are including overhead lights for you and we have electrical outlets overhead that will allow plugging directly to your additional requirements.
Inventory
Do you have trouble keeping up with your inventory at the places that you sell? Do you have to constantly drive over to the gallery and make an inspection, then go back to your workshop and create new items to re-stock. How much of that time could have been used to be creative? What did that cost you with the price of gas these days?
Our solution for this is a custom designed database program that we have implemented. You will have a user ID and can log-in from this website. Once in, you can review your inventory listing, see what has sold, down-load sales reports, sort by month, update descriptions on your items, add new items on-line for processing and more.
You should know that we are excited about having the opportunity to showcase, promote and sell local artisan fine art and craftsmanship goods to visitors of the TAAS Gallery and even world-wide through TAAS website sales.

We are offering Very reasonable rates starting at Just $35.00* per month with a 3-month commitment, low 20% commission fee on inventoried items, then month by month. We call this a Merchandising Fee because unlike other galleries TAAS will give you more for your dollar.

- We will contact you to let you know if you have been excepted into TAAS
Once spaces are filled your application will go onto a waiting list.
Upon acceptance:
You will be responsible for setting up your display. We will provide you with the space; it is up to you to create your area. Your display concept must be pre-approved. You will be responsible for maintaining your inventories to a satisfactory level. You will need to enter your inventory into the on-line database. (We charge a set-up fee for entering your inventory for you $35.00)
We will do everything we can to promote and increase your sales; we view you as a valued client and partner for success.
If you are interested in getting in on a good thing submit your application right-a-way! There is no cost to submit your application. If you application is approved we will schedule a meeting with you to discuss your products and offer you a space.
Why sell at TAAS?
If you sell your craft or art at Craft shows and Fairs, you know that you spend a lot of money getting ready, working long hours and depending on the weather sometimes you do well and sometimes you don't. WNC gets a large influx of tourist. Where is your product available for Mothers Day, Valentines Day, Birthdays, Weddings, or any other occasion that someone might need a special gift. At the TAAS Gallery, we are open all year long and selling for you. We provide you with the space, resource tools and marketing. We sell it for you, we collect and deal with the Taxes.
On-line Sales

Selling on-line is becoming increasingly important as well as competitive and complicated. To have your own e-commerce website with a shopping cart will cost you either a lot of time or between $75.00 and $300.00 per month, some are even much more than that. Our system was designed to integrate into a full features multimedia E-commerce website. This expands the reach for sales way beyond the boundaries of WNC and presents buyers world-wide a way to find you and your product and ultimately, make a purchase.
Currently any item that you add into inventory will show up on your member page along with your bio information. On-line shoppers can see images of items that you have uploaded and read descriptions that you have added in the product descriptions field. Buyers then may add that item into a shopping cart. Once ordered, we process the credit card, pull the item off the shelf then ship the order.
Using secured socket order processing and real time inventory management, on-line buyers are able to buy from the convenience of their home or office and we will ship items the same or next day UPS. Your success in on-line selling is greatly improved as TAAS-Gallery offers such a wide variety of items for sale. Buyers can buy multiple items and have hundreds of choices.
As a TAAS-Gallery Member you will have an E-commerce sales opportunity at no additional cost. It's value exceeds $50.00 per month when compared with other on-line shopping website's. Ours is much better for you the artist because you don't have to worry with the cost or preparation of shipping or waiting for your money.
