Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy is very simple: We, The Appalachian Artisan Society Gallery (TAAS-Gallery), taasg.com, Pinwilz Company, Pinwilz.com, - will not give email addresses or any other information concerning our customers to any other source. We will not send you any unsolicited email, only email concerning the status of your order or other information you have requested. This site may uses cookies to maintain shopping cart information, may show you recently viewed items and to monitor the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. This site collects IP addresses for the purpose of tracking a user's session. This information gives us information on which areas and products are visited. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that an user session will be tracked, but the user will remain anonymous.

We do not sell or market email addresses of our visitors and customers to other companies.

Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY:
All shipments are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Or UPS Ground. You should receive your order 5 to 7 business days from shipment date.

We currently serve the United States of America only using our on-line order processing.If you live outside the USA, please call for a quote on shipping.

All orders of available items are shipped within 7 business days of order placement. Delivery time will depend on product availability and shipping time. Express Deliveries are available at an additional cost upon request. We will make every effort to fill your order and ensure arrival as quickly as possible. Orders are generally filled and shipped well before 7 business days. Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays. If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by phone or e-mail.

We ship to the address you specify when you place your order. If you give us the wrong shipping address or if you ask UPS to drop off your package at a different address while your package is in transit, you will be charged a $5.00 to $10.00 handling charge that UPS charges us.

All orders over $150 that are to be shipped to an address other than the billing address requires you to fax a copy of a valid picture ID and a signature. Our system might also request an Order Confirmation form to be filled out and faxed back.

These Shipping Charges apply to the continental USA only, shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may require additional charges.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the number of items in a shipment and a best-guess estimate for shipping cost by category of product. Your shipping charges plus handling charges will be revealed before you confirm your order.

Terms & Conditions

BACKORDERS:

We do not process backorders. Our system is designed to only display items that are currently available for shipment.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

If you see an item that has a quantity less than you need, please call the store and speak with a customer service representative. We will at your request make an attempt to have the artisan member make more of an item for you. These orders will not be processed through this website shopping cart.

PAYMENTS:

Payments for orders are processed using secured socket layer technology. We use a direct interface with Authorize.net and do not see, save, file or have access to your credit card information. Payments for orders are processed and debited from your credit card at the time you place your order.

CHANGE ORDERS

Orders placed over the website may not be changed once transaction is completed. To add to your order you must create a new order.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may not be cancelled after 24 hours from the time that you placed your order. If you made a mistake in ordering, or if there is a problem with your order contact customer service for help and resolution.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Returns are not accepted. However, if you find that your purchase is not what you expected, is damaged, or broken. Please contact us with-in 30-days from the original purchase date. The resolution will be fast and fair.
